Well given that they have disclosed that we expected to be submitting before end of year in the AGM a few weeks ago.
I would say that it is publicly available and would have no impact on us submitting.

IMO, I expect to see an announcement confirming our submission has been lodged next week.

Then see a little move in the share price into the 9s, before approval comes in early next year followed by a string of announcements and share price movement regarding the de-risking.
