Is the decision to invite an applicant to submit an application made at a MIC meeting? If so, the following post which I deleted may still be applicable. Basically, needs to happen today or tomorrow or unlikely to happen until later in Jan

As of 25 Nov, the MIC has met a total of 15 times this year. So I guess they meet on average once every three weeks.

They seem to usually mid week (Tue or Wed). When they post meeting outcomes on their website, its typically the same day as the meeting itself. But sometimes they don't post outcomes, possibly because no projects were considered at that meeting

If I had to guess, I'd say there was a meeting yesterday, but no new projects were approved. Alternatively, a meeting may be occurring today, which may or may not be considering projects.

In any case, I don't think there'll be any further MIC meetings after this week until January
