This then says that if they were expecting news imminently then Directors would have been in a trading block. The fact that they are not expecting news imminently denotes that they cannot then be placed into a trading block and actually have a trading window. It is the timing between expected material announcements that has me baffled..............is it 60 days. 30 days or 4-6 weeks of knowing a price sensitive ann will be issued.
