I think the point here is that permitting is now in the hands of the Myanmar authorities. They have indicated that it will be submitted by the end of the year but the exact date is currently unknown. This is in the public domain. So if MYL receive notification tomorrow, next week or at another time the application has been submitted to MIC then that will be the first they know about it too.

In other words there’s no advantage or perceived advantage by buying stock as the directors are as unaware as we are as to exactly when the announcement will drop.
