I think people are reading to much into one director selling shares. He could one, be leaving for a better paying job, or he took the girlfriend out, spent too much and the wife found out, who knows. I had a friend who was a director of a software company. He liked to sell his shareholding in one hit and make the market drop, then buy it back, once the desired level was reached. Not ethical, although over a couple of years he managed to double his holdings. His reasons for selling sounds like the truth to me. Like usual do your own research, and don't panic, every gold share is dropping at the moment.
