Well I am as confused as you now. Nothing to move it that I can see. Not that it bothers me of itself, but it's a strange share that seems to have these periodic spikes for no particular reason and then extended periods of dormancy.
A smart operator would get with the cadence and start/activate a trading parcel to bring down the average. Maybe tomorrow's decision (sigh).
