Interesting comment. The shares added were direct ones- so that is LJ putting funds in, the shares subtracted were indirect ones, so other people may be the direct beneficiaries. Check the form. May not have been entirely LJs decision there. But as you say, net result is still a large pile on a big table- which most likely will get bigger. Nice to see a CEO with such a solid investment in the co.
