Ahhh... you're assuming the company knows everything. Even potential discussions in other big pharmas boardroom about them. Sometimes, even a deer does not know it is being stalked by a lion.
Also, recently Leslie borrowed heavily too but that's not resulted in any big deals. Insider knows not everything,I am afraid.
