I've seen better remuneration and I've seen worse. Fact of the matter there isn't a blanket set wage for a certain market cap. You can't fault PB for taking what he's given as after all, it is the board of directors that set the MD's remuneration, STI and LTI. You blokes going to put your hand up in the day job and say I'll work for less!
It would be great to see him buy more and suspect his recent bonus will cover his entitlement however post AGM, if the performance rights are approved, he'll never have been more aligned to deliver. I look at that rather than if he's $100k over paid.
On deliverables, TNG is about to deliver a FEED with process and product guarantees from an EPC partner....that's a reasonable sized deliverable. Expanding on that - TNG is about to deliver a FEED and appoint an EPC contractor that that de-risks processing operations and confirms TIVAN......HUUUUUGE outcome.
