It would be great to see him buy more and suspect his recent bonus will cover his entitlement however post AGM, if the performance rights are approved, he'll never have been more aligned to deliver. I look at that rather than if he's $100k over paid.

On deliverables, TNG is about to deliver a FEED with process and product guarantees from an EPC partner....that's a reasonable sized deliverable. Expanding on that - TNG is about to deliver a FEED and appoint an EPC contractor that that de-risks processing operations and confirms TIVAN......HUUUUUGE outcome.

so do you think PB put it to the board that he should be paid that much or the board put it to PB and said "we don't think you're earning enough mate, let's bump it up to something that's fair!"
