I guess the board noticed no one else was buying and they would prefer a higher price to do a Capital Raise.
If TTT do not do a CR shortly, I will be pleasantly surprised because it means they will have revenue or the board took a pay cut.
If a CR occurs shortly, is it insider trading and or Market Manipulation?
