That money will never leave China. In the event of a liquidation, you will get ZERO.

So lets step back for one second here. This is a China registered company, which is owned by a Hong Kong company, which is then Owned by SSB. In the event the shareholders of SSB want to dispute anything that happens in a receivership, the directors would of SSB would need to fight it and go to court to get the proceeds. But SSB has no cash. The China subsidiary does. So to actually fight, where are you going to get the $ to hire lawyers?

This is such a complex structure that should never have been listed on the ASX, because you have nothing. Nothing at all.
