What money are you going to use to fund the litigation in Hong Kong????? There is ZERO dollars in an Aussie Bank account. In the event of a dispute, you have nothing.

This is what would have to happen in the event of a dispute:

1. The board must be changed.
2. Capital raise to finance legal fund
3. 2 years in court seeking the cash
4. While the dispute is being processed, they are spending the $ and making businesses decisions in line with their current irrational decision making.
5. By the time you win the litigation, you are fighting over an empty pot.
