Or IF this wasn't a scam, he could legitimately use $6mill of the $25mil in the "bank account" and take the company private buying up the 49% he doesn't own at 4 cents a share. Then he could just transfer the balance into his private bank account as it would be 100% his money.

But noooo, he sold 23million shares for $270k for strategic purposes.

If his actions to date regarding his sale of shares is his idea of strategic, god help the shareholders...

He could make this stock worth 5cents to 20cents over night if he wanted to, announce a share buy back, transfer $500k from China into a brokers account here to buy the shares and BOOM, the company shows its real and not a fraud.

But no, hes not going to do that, he just going sell his shares for a pittance of cash in the company...
