Nice pick up Future. Looks like the original 20m were held by 3 equal beneficiaries in Kojent. The other 2 have now hit the road and only Jim now holding, hence the use of the template announcement with relevant changes. Personally can't say I blame them.

Kojent Pty Ltd (Kojent) has sold 6,846,955 shares in the Company to institutional shareholders.

Prior to the sale, a total of 20,540,866 shares in the Company were held by Kojent on trust for three beneficiaries. Kojent has advised it is selling the shares in the Company at the request of one the beneficiaries which is not otherwise associated with Mr Xenos or the Company. This represents one third of Kojent’s holding. Mr Xenos has advised that Kojent has no current intention to sell any further shares in the Company.

Kojent Pty Ltd (Kojent) has sold 6,846,955 shares in the Company to an institutional investor via an on-market crossing.

Prior to the sale, a total of 13,693,911 shares in the Company were held by Kojent on trust for two beneficiaries. Kojent has advised it sold the shares in the Company at the request of the beneficiary which is not otherwise associated with Jim Xenos or the Company. This represents one half of Kojent’s holding. Jim Xenos has advised that the remaining shares held by Kojent are beneficially owned by him, and Kojent has no current intention to sell any further shares in the Company
