I have not bothered to check all of your figures as I relied on the companies statement in their HY1 2020 accounts where they announced that they were happy that broker forecasts were quite accurate. Morgans analyst came up with EPS 5c Yield 9.39% Gross yield 13.41% and a P/E of 5.08. Since the company has now indicated that previous guidance will probably be met I have reinstated those figures as my base case for investment. Morgans target is 38c. They have been followers of ACF for some time and still have an add rating on it. Mind you they had add ratings on it when it was .46c so there would be a few disappointed Morgans holders out there.
