No real investor promotes dividends if they think the sp is low
so the sp is likely to go lower the more they talk
most dividend stocks I’ve owned tanked lower on dividend call
Investors listen to company announcements as that is the appropriate communication channel however management have been pretty slack at this I’m sure most agree here
