A job is a job? Really dude? Being the Chairman of (what was once) a billion dollar publicly listed company is the same thing as being a clerk in the mail-room or one of the junior accountants? Is this what you are saying?
So Skippen rocks up to work, does the bare minimum required under his job description, drops tools and goes home at the stroke of 5. Sits on his couch for the rest of evening watching Married at First Sight, maybe spending a bit of time in the garage tinkering under the bonnet of his rally car?
Is this Skippen' approach to his job? If so, is this acceptable,? And to what extent has this attitude contributed to the many corporate governance oversights and strategic miscalculations that have plaguing this once grande old dame of a company?
