SGH is too small and too many uncertainty for the big institution to get in. They are out of ASX200 and mid this month are out of ASX300 and hence no big coverage. They need to prove they can make money again before the big institution back them up. Once the big institution money flow in, that when the SP will go north. For now, just sideway or down until we see another catalyst. Next SGH major event is most likely the AGM in november. I will make some trading decision before then... GLTAH.
