Oh why oh why did i stalk you guys over to ACX. I'm now sucked in and rate it as a very good buy at $2 and a definite maybe at $3.
In fact (did someone else mention this) it would be in the Aconex interest to acquire the S&G SaaS solution and branch out into other areas of SaaS besides the construction industry. Would give a boost to SGH bottom line and help them become worldbeaters at the same time.
That way if construction takes a downturn e.g. GFC 2.0 there will be other more recession-proof industries to fall back on.
I will keep an eye on that one for an entry point.
