Have you ever been underground before this project ?
Terra Firm's work at both of these mines is related to project work .
Project work is not Stope mining - rail development - development mining- rise mining .
These are the Talents required to get the ore out
Federation Snowy River mine .Terra Firma did not do any airleg mining for ore there .
Oceana Gold no airleg mining there either Stopes -Rises etc
On a more positive note I hear Terra may have employed some miners .
Just a Tip John all you need underground there is Split Set bolts Not Gewi bolts at huge expense to you .
And to charge you to tension them is a bit much .
What you guys need is a underground foreman that has at least 10 years underground experience with all forms of airleg mining .
