It is certainly true that the NZD 10.575m market cap at Friday 9 August is diminished from the NZD 16m at the time Mr Hill’s contract was terminated. The share price decline is also not surprising after Mr Hill dumped his shares in the market from November 2021 to January 2022, and the distraction dealing with the successful defence of Mr Hill’s legal claim, and the adverse publicity from the FMA enquiry into his misleading conduct which resulted in a $100k fine for Mr Hill: https://www.fma.govt.nz/news/all-releases/media-releases/matthew-hill-to-pay-100000-penalty/
