Not really, because he is a Chair and not likely involved in day to day operation of the business, more governance and signing off on such things with the board if they eventuate.. J&J were always scheduled to look at the results first from what we heard, and presumably still are given the delay in us getting them, so not some new information that only he is privy to.

I'd look at his recent option awards on joining as more of an indication. They would have zero intrinsic value if OCC languished below 40's- its complicated and long winded, but I did a piece before on how OCC lets exec's effectively cash-out options effectively off-market, which will have tempted him too. Most unusual for a Chair just to come onboard just for options...unless very confident of upward trajectory of share price perhaps...his declared focus, ironically very little to do with him if J&J do a partnership.
