I like it. A not insignificant 35,000 shares. Importantly John putting his money where his metaphorical mouth is. So many Directors take skin out of the game through overly generous performance awards that they then cash in. This was a pleasant surprise to my usual expectation reaction to receiving 'change of interest' noticifcations in stocks I own.

Its an over-used adage, but it was the old head of the Magellan Fund at Fidelity, Peter Lynch, who is commonly quoted as saying "insiders might sell their shares for any number of reasons, but they buy them for only one: they think the price will rise."
