I am not questioning your knowledge of the listing rules. I just want to understand the issue. Can you please elaborate on the factors and listing rules that precluded Kate from participating in the recent cap raise. Or point me in the right direction. To my mind this does not seem logical as participation or non-participation by insiders is usually a good signal to us ordinary shareholders.
