Liquidity is definitely an issue here.
It only traded on average every second day and Hayes has 5.7m shares while White has 3m and Pie 2.6m - that's a third of the float.
The top 20 hold 2/3 of all shares.
I raised the same issue 12 months ago when it was at $1.20.
Hope it corrects for you but hard to see where the demand will come from.
