The directors have lost the confidence of both current shareholders, as seen by the app take up, and the confidence of the market, which is why the shares are lowly rated relative to reserves.
I think they should negotiate a full exit via a merger/takeover by Vintage, before it gets worse.
There is no benefit to us external shareholders from the duplication in costs and delays.
