Directors and officers of the company did take up $85000 worth of shares in the placement that preceded the SSP .
I think they only need to Announce when directors take up shares in the SSP not other employees of the business .
Maybe the chairman's notice is just a bit late if the Announcement said all directors would take part in the SSP .
The chairman has bought a lot of shares on market in the past and holds a decent holding .

That said , not taking their full entitlement is not a good look at all .
A show of confidence would have been much appreciated .
