don't you think it's just simply a long-term investment under his super fund (Russell Family Superfund)? It is absolutely not necessarily anything to come with the midyear results.
Also, it is very unlikely that he would sell any of VOC shares while being a director - this would negatively reflect on the VOC share market.
Once he leaves the company we would never know when he sells VOC etc.
