having worked at Optus under KR, I found him great, he really turned the business around from a rebranding perspective and led from the front with the entire workforce behind him, unfortunately he was hamstrung on his vision and what he wanted to do by the leadership and coffers at Singtel as it difficult to deliver on strategy when you have a gun to your head leaving him all but one choice but to jump ship. IMHO, he's a great leader who will have the hearts and minds of staff which will only be good for VOC over the long term, GLTAH
