I can see where you are coming from but I would not be too keen to have things changed too much at any level right now. IMO this company needs to be guided by very experienced hands across a tightrope of problems. It does not matter at this stage who caused them. I do not think that a change at any of the managerial levels would provide enough immediate knowledge to achieve this. Regardless of what holders or external lookers may think of Keith John he has managed to walk that tightrope to date and before. The balance required to manage this company through this period of Covid 19 problems of all nature 1. new modelling development on pricing
    2. low levels and uncertainty of PDL purchases
    3. high funding rates imposed
    4. investor faith in the industry itself
    5. likely future changes by ASIC
    6. the difficulty in gaining enough momentum to improve the viability and reduce funding rates
    7. the effects of removing stimulus packages such as Jobseeker which are probably helping current liquidation levels
All lead me to think that any new people at the helm would have far more problems than the current crew. I would not like to be working in that industry right now.
