I have been a long suffering shareholder of Pioneer.
I don’t think it is acceptable to have a significant issue of options and warrants to the CEO for zero cost and for 30 cents which is well below the current market value.
I am totally unimpressed with this. I would be happy to see a change of senior management with a fresh approach.
