Keith John and management were instrumental in getting the company into a real mess prior to covid. Credit Corp who are a bigger competitor to Pioneer are better run and are performing better.
Pioneer had too much debt and were overpaying for their purchases.
They then signed up to a binding share purchase agreement / finance agreement prior to Covid which got them into a really bad position. As shareholders were had not voted on this.
I would vote to replace Keith John if I had a chance. We need management to think of all shareholders not just themselves.
