I think you've hit the nail on the head there. The big unlevered co is saying times are tough and the much smaller co with a debt to equity of 600% is saying everything is great. If there is no material detoriation in the PDP book then PNC is dirt cheap. But this is the nature of a highly levered business. I don't even think the market particularly cares about whether they can refi at this point it's just a wait and see on how the book performs through a downturn.
