KJ has led us through some challenging times
The immediate challenge must be the successful prosecution of the $32m claim in damages against PwC.
It's my view that PwC's insurers will be open to a speedy settlement. Maybe $20m.
And what does that $20m do for the PNC business ..let alone the P&L !
The Australian stock market is traditionally leery about the prospectivity of negligence claims.
In this case I suggest it's a 90% certainty to be settled in FY25.
