I would think that he wouldn't be able to buy once drilling started. I think today's announcement relates to last weeks buying. I must say I am filled with confidence by the lack of depth on the sell side as at close today although I wonder how much of a mug punter I have really become closing on a high on volume apparently reminiscent of gfc days
