It is Interesting that Stoney only started to publicly acknowledge her role in Target in the Appendix 5B released on 31 October 2023 (more than 10 months late - I bet also under protest). However all SCN said was " ...... Target Exploration Pty Ltd (an entity of which Ms Kate Stoney is a Director).

Is this "Misleading"? as Stoney was also the SOLE Director and 100% owner of Target.

Further, Note 6 confirms the CEO had his WAGES going to Target.

It is very easy to see what has happened, particularly when one looks at when Obsidian Metals was established and subsequently Target being formed as a 100% subsidiary. Look at the Contracts Obsidian signed (along with the dates) with Barnes as Exec Chair in both Scorpion and Indiana.
