Look at this:
"The Santa Clara, California-based company disclosed in a regulatory filing this week it can no longer sell certain high-end chips in China without a license from Washington. These AI accelerators go into large data centers to train AI models for tasks such as autonomous driving, image recognition and voice assistance."

I could count on one hand the number of vendors using AI accelerators in their products. And even fewer that would have meaningful DDR sales.
Unless DDR are selling to Azure/AWS/GCP data centers, it's highly unlikely they're selling many of these items.

This will mostly impact data center provisioning of AI specific compute products.
