Come on Jake - this is becoming dismal! Even on a day when gold is holding steady EVN has a slide
Considering the market appears to have lost interest and/or confidence in your company, I think it's time for a shake-up from the top.
IMO I'd start with the COO who brought you Red Lake and hasn't been able to make it work, and then have a hard look at some others at the Executive Level and Site Management that have been there too long - time for a refresh, and maybe bring back some of the good leaders that left because the culture was no longer aligned with Evolution's stated values.
