Had 501,430 shares
Added 200,000 shares (+ options) as part of the placement.
Total had 701,430 after.
This notice published, Reynolds had 701,430 shares at start.
He acquired 300,000 shares.
If you calculate, it should have 1,001,430 shares in "No. of securities held after change".
Hence announcement is wrong and will be amended next week, if ASX/company notice.
