I don't know Leslie on a personal level, but I think its reasonable to assume she is not a share trader by inclination, pastime or profession.
Maybe she's never previously directly owned shares other than through employee schemes. Maybe she feels like a novice buying shares, has trepidation about doing so and for her $9k is a big investment. Maybe she likes to spend, save or invest her income however the goddamn hell she likes and maybe its not really anyone's business but her own, except for ASX listing rules?
