I don’t feelthat Dr C actually said that she possesses it. She says that such information would be sensitive but does not say whether she is in possession of such information. We can hypothesise about what may be going on but if the information at the relevant time was not regarding an actual final deal or an actual and planned consolidation these are simply things that are yet to be decided or determined.
