    Nothing to worry about. Just an interest change. The shares weren't sold - it says:

    DIRECTOR CEASING TO HAVE A RELEVANT INTEREST IN SHARES AS A RESULT OF DIRECTOR NO LONGER BEING AN ASSOCIATE OF ANOTHER SHAREHOLDER

    Looks like it was a family members account - they might have turned 18 or something like a family trust account. It affected his associated interest in a small holding in ANO - Advanced Nano Technologies as well - no chance they would be selling any ANO shares either!
