You'll find that any increased spend under this management is generally followed by years of cost reduction or increased revenues.
This management team is very shareholder oriented. It was shown when Lev purchased Ready to Occupy lots from TWD in 2011/2012 (at prices equal to or higher than valuation), and when he bought equipment from ANO at higher than market value.
I have no doubt you could become rich just by buying what Lev buys, at the price he buys it.
