wtf is going on is quite obvious. Mr. Thamm exercised 10,530 of his 45,000 total, as reported on 13th April. He has now exercised another 10,000 as reported today, leaving 24,470 to be dealt with between now and the 29th of April.
Not everyone has money to throw around at the whim of HC posters.
