The most likely reason the directors are selling a few shares and converting their options, is that they are in an open trading window.
That window can close suddenly and may not open again for many months. Might even remain closed beyond Options Expiry Date.
That’s why 3 directors have done this in the last few weeks.
A really busy 6 months for price sensitive announcements coming up.
