If you're talking just the gold, and let's assume that we're at an $1850 price going forwards from this year, and that the LOM is still 10 years.... I'd say you might put an NPV in the $2bn+ but realistically what will the shareprice reflect... $1bn+ valuation?

Not even back of napkin, none handy, but I'll be looking towards $1.20.
