I find it hard to believe some of these comments.

He pays out just under $100k to buy shares on market with his own money, and people complain
He has to earn close to $200k to get $100k net to buy those shares
And this is on top of the 1m shares he bought on market just prior to joining.

You don't find many Directors or CEOs using their own cash to buy shares on market
and I don't mean converting in the money options that were gifted.

Good Management/Board is essential running a successful business.
