Too funny. If KPMs couldn't trade "unless nothing is going on" then they would never be able to trade in any company on the ASX. A "possible takeover" is not a signed or even a preliminary contract - or even the approach by an entity. It is merely a "direction" that the company may be headed, therefore not requiring a trading blackout by the KMPs. Even so, I disagree that $52k is "a drop in the ocean". It is an expensive exercise if it is designed merely to create "false optics of confidence".
