@hammerjx These guys are private equity investors and were in early and participated in the IPO. It was always pretty transparent that they had an exit time frame post IPO to realise their investment and there was no secret about this. These sorts of entities need to release capital to move on. I would have said this was highly expected, pretty transparent based on past information provided and given the facts shouldn't really be seen as price sensitive IMO. ZMan's post above also includes an extract that refers to this as well.
